Licensed GA Auctioneer GAL#003516
Licensed GA Real Estate Broker
Working in the real estate and auction business since 2005 has allowed me the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience throughout the southeast.
Because of my interest in all things outdoors, my passion in real estate seems to revolve around that. I specialize in farmland, recreational properties, equestrian facilities, plantation homes, and custom country homes on estate sized acreage. I offer traditional list and sell brokerage, as well as accelerated marketing (auctions) for those who prefer a time defined sale.
In 2007, auctions became part of our portfolio. Since then we have had the opportunity to conduct auctions throughout the southeast, selling for fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, small businesses, and family estates.
My goal is to assist buyers and sellers with the highest level of integrity in order to create a positive memorable experience.

Ashley became a licensed Georgia Realtor in 2017 and serves the Low Country Region of Georgia from Bulloch County, to Liberty County and all those surround and in between! She also handles the marketing and promotion side of the business as well as manage both live and online auction activities.
While Ashley grew up in the rural Statesboro, she now resides on the coast in Georgia and spends her free time with family, enjoying the coastal lifestyle, and of course showing properties and conducting real estate deals! She prides herself in being loyal to her clients, whether buyers or sellers, by making sure they are happy with every aspect of their outcome and taking their best interest to heart.
